Anyone else feel their chest tighten and burn with anxiety when they have something important to do? Or when you don’t want to do something with all of your soul? To the point where you’d rather buy a plane ticket to nowhere and hide away forever instead of getting that one horrible thing done? Productivity is the name but procrastination is the game. I know damn well that I don’t have to live like this anymore and you don’t either. If you feel any of these ways then I encourage you to make what I call a “positive perspective” list.
